The Grand Inquizigator

The Grand Inquizigator sat on his tail, folded his leathery arms and legs, and fooled his way up to the open crystal using eyes of stone.

From the sacred spot at the apex of the crystal, which swayed hypnotically in the breeze (Inquizigator’s control their time very well), came a vision that was beyond light, and was not of this portion of the universe. It held many feathers, but no blood.

Later, in the silent chamber, The Grand Inquizigator was known to pen the words;

“We will not kill to make our point.”

“Grey… you know…”

I think I’m ready to step up my chilli eating and give this one a shot.

The smallest morsels can flavour a sauce so intensely it’s barely edible. Eating a raw sliver causes watering eyes and a runny nose. An entire chilli is an all-out assault on the senses, akin to swigging a cocktail of battery acid and glass shards.
